Your Tasks
As a vocational educator, you work with learners (FaGe and MPA) and students (Nursing HF and FH) to ensure patient-oriented and professional care. You are responsible for planning, designing, documenting, and evaluating the entire learning process of the learners/students and participate as an expert in the training qualifications. You conduct educational zones with the learners/students and empower them for everyday professional nursing. You provide advice and support to qualified nursing professionals in training matters and introduce new employees to the daily support of learners/students. In your role, you work closely with the vocational training department. In the department, you are jointly responsible with the ward management and subject experts for the organization and further development of the department.
Your Profile
You have completed training as a qualified nurse (HF/FH) with at least two years of professional experience. If you can demonstrate pedagogical further education or are willing to complete it, you are exactly right with us. Ideally, you have already gained experience as a daily support person. A proven high level of expertise in nursing, teamwork skills, and good oral and written communication skills are required. You are committed to the nursing profession and are aware of your role as a role model. Your interaction with learners/students is understanding, cooperative, and goal-oriented. You are motivated to support and accompany learners/students in achieving their competencies. You are characterized by good organizational skills, high social and self-competence, and are proficient in using common office applications.
