For the Real Estate Department of the Finance Division, we are looking for a

100% Caretaker

from 1 March 2027 due to the retirement of our long-standing caretaker.

Your tasks

You will be responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the Zopf school building and the care of the green areas. You will be additionally supported by the cleaning staff.

What we expect from you

For this varied role, you have completed an apprenticeship in a craft-technical field as well as several years of professional experience in this environment. In addition, you hold the federal specialist certificate for caretakers or are willing to train as a caretaker. An understanding of the maintenance and preservation of the property shapes your work as much as the orientation towards the needs of the users. With your enjoyment of working with children and adults, you ensure a pleasant atmosphere. Further requirements are good knowledge of the German language in spoken and written form, a category B driving licence, and IT skills. You reside in Adliswil or the surrounding area.
