About the job
Dynamic, efficient, and long-established Swiss milling group, Groupe Minoteries SA (GMSA) processes and markets cereals and food raw materials for its partners in the industry and artisanal bakery sectors.
To strengthen our team at our Granges-près-Marnand site, we are looking, immediately or by agreement, for a fixed-term twelve-month contract, for an innovation/product management assistant at 40%.
Your tasks/responsibilities:
- Assist the project/innovation manager in ongoing projects
- Assist product management in daily tasks and support our sales team.
- Market and assortment analyses
- Support product launches on the market
- Bibliographic, scientific, and technological monitoring
Your profile:
- You hold a diploma as an ES technician in food technology or an equivalent diploma. Experience in innovation and/or product management is an asset.
- You are a native French or German speaker and have good oral or written knowledge of the other language.
- You master common computer tools
- You are conscientious, methodical, organized, and have good analytical skills
