What is my role?

• Management and continuous development of team leaders as well as employees in production

• Ensuring all aspects of occupational safety as well as environmental and emission protection including conducting audits, planning measures and corresponding controlling

• Responsibility for effective planning, control and monitoring of production processes regarding quality, costs and adherence to deadlines

• Initiation, implementation and ongoing optimisation of lean management, continuous improvement processes and automation projects

• Project management for revision, conversion and optimisation projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical basic training with a Swiss Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in areas such as mechanics, plant engineering or process engineering

• Advanced technical training at HF level or university of applied sciences degree (FH), ideally with a focus on operations management or production management

• Many years of experience in leading teams in an industrial production environment

• Solid know-how in production planning and control (PPS), maintenance management as well as optimisation of plant availability

• In-depth knowledge in occupational safety, environmental management and quality management systems

• Confident handling of ERP systems and corresponding user knowledge
