Construction Project Manager for SH, LU or SO, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You handle and accompany demanding construction projects and manage complex processes
• In doing so, you take on the independent handling of cost and schedule planning
• Furthermore, you lead and supervise the construction site
• Collaboration with clients, authorities, architects and structural draftsmen rounds off your demanding area of responsibility
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have completed training in the field of architecture at FH / HFP level, as a structural technician, construction manager or a comparable qualification and bring professional experience in Switzerland (m/f/d)
• A customer-oriented as well as economical way of thinking and working is also an important prerequisite
• Do you also describe yourself as independent, well organised, collegial and communicative?
