As a working student, you will actively support us in university marketing, the care of interns and working students, as well as in organizing our international trainee program. You can expect a varied range of tasks in a dynamic and international environment – with plenty of room to learn, shape, and grow.
Your main tasks:
- University marketing & employer branding: Actively maintain and expand partnerships with universities in Switzerland and abroad. Plan, organize, and implement targeted university marketing measures (e.g., career fairs, lectures, networking events) to strengthen the visibility of the employer brand.
- End-to-end support for interns & working students: Responsibility for the entire process – from job posting and candidate selection to onboarding and operational support to offboarding. Co-design a positive candidate experience.
- Participation in the Global Management Trainee Program: Administrative and organizational support in international recruitment processes, assessment days, program design, and events. Insight into the strategic development of global junior programs.
Your profile:
- Ongoing studies in business psychology, business administration, social sciences, human resource management, communication sciences, or a comparable field of study
- Strong interest in HR topics such as talent development, recruiting, and employer branding
- Initial practical experience in the HR field or event management (e.g., through internships, working student activities, or engagement at the university) is an advantage
- Organizational talent and a structured, reliable working style
- Strong communication skills in German and English – both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enjoyment of teamwork as well as openness and initiative
- Intercultural openness and interest in an international work environment
