Your responsibilities...
- Ensuring competent, friendly, and customer-oriented 1st-level support (acceptance, recording, classification, triage, analysis, resolution, and documentation) for our internal customers via ticket system, phone, email, on-site support, and remote support within the framework of SLAs
- Technical responsibility for all IT services in 1st-level --> Maintenance and further development of the entire IT infrastructure
- Making technical clarifications with HW and SW suppliers
- Participation or leadership in IT projects
Your qualifications...
- Computer scientist or comparable training
- Solid expertise in the areas of infrastructure and networks
- Experience in 1st-level support
- Communication skills in German, English, and French are an advantage
- Strong, flexible service orientation
- High quality awareness in work execution considering business criteria
