SRK Nursing Assistant (m/f/d) 20-30%

Twelve doorbells, twelve different flats, twelve people who know you. You know where the key is under the mat, who needs a coffee first, and who prefers to be left alone until the blinds are up. Home care means becoming part of something that existed long before you — and ensuring it continues. That’s exactly what we are here for.

• 07:30 You start in Baden. First visit to a client you know well — personal care, dressing, preparing breakfast. You know how she likes it and where her blouse hangs.
• 08:20 Short trip to Ennetbaden, less than 15 minutes. Your visits are close together — across the Limmat and you’re there.
• 08:45 Second visit. Assistance with getting up and going to the bathroom. You notice redness on the heel skin. You report it to the nurse — before it becomes a problem.
• 10:30 Visit in Wettingen. Housekeeping and meal preparation, plus a coffee and ten minutes of conversation. For many clients, you are the only visitor today.
• 12:30 Lunch break — you choose where. No canteen table, no meeting room briefing.
• 13:30 to 16:30 Three more visits in Nussbaumen, Obersiggenthal and Dättwil. Basic care, accompaniment, observation — all in the real daily life of clients. You document on the go via app. Finished by 17:00.

• Mobile care and support for clients at home — in Baden, Wettingen, Ennetbaden, Obersiggenthal and surrounding areas
• Basic and personal care — washing, dressing, assistance with getting up and walking
• Housekeeping, meals and accompaniment in everyday life, where independence begins
• Observing and reporting — recognising changes, reporting to the nurse, digital documentation via app
• Collaboration with nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy for the same client

• Training as an SRK nursing assistant or equivalent experience in care, recognised in Switzerland
• Category B driving licence — you travel daily between your visits in the Baden area
• Experience with elderly people — care, basic care, accompaniment at home
• Good German skills — you communicate with clients, relatives and the care team
• Independent working — you decide on site, without a supervisor in the room. The team is reachable by phone but not present.
