- The OSMO manages the signage and markings aimed at ensuring safe road layouts. It coordinates the implementation of the cantonal strategy for promoting soft mobility and pre-advises on building permit requests and local zoning plans. It is also responsible for mitigating road noise and issues and renews operating permits for cable installations (ski lifts). Finally, it develops and operates road information systems and organizes the library and documentation of the service.
- As part of your role, you provide essential support to the activities of the secretariat, particularly for drafting letters, preparing reports, and processing purchase orders. You maintain financial tracking tables, control and allocate payment notices, invoices, and other accounting documents. You also draft minutes. In close collaboration with the secretary, you manage the files of the various sub-entities: traffic regulations, traffic disruptions, building permits, accident announcements, etc. Your versatility also allows you to provide occasional replacements within other secretariats and to support reception when necessary.
- With a vocational diploma in commerce, you have already worked for several years in a secretariat, within a public administration and/or a small to medium-sized enterprise. You have a perfect command of standard office tools. You know how to take initiatives, prioritize tasks, and enjoy working independently. Your excellent sense of collaboration and your flexibility in organizing work are essential for this position.
