What is my role?

Our client is looking for a qualified nurse for family member counselling and support. You will not provide direct care but will focus on:

• Advising and supporting family members

• Conducting needs assessments

• Administrative tasks related to care planning

• Coordination and organisation of care services

• Looking after approximately 30 regular clients

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH

• Enjoyment in advisory work and communication with family members

• Organisational talent and independent working style

• Experience in the Spitex sector is an advantage
