Logistics Team Leader 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You lead and motivate a dynamic team of up to 20 employees in the morning shift (approx. 04:00 - 13:00) – ensuring the perfect start to the day

• Together with your team, you ensure a smooth and efficient shift process – everything runs like clockwork here

• You are responsible for proper goods inspection and ensure optimal use of storage and handling areas – every square metre counts

• You actively assist with loading and unloading while always maintaining control over correct execution – leadership means leading by example here

• You consistently implement occupational safety, order, and discipline in your area – safety first, always

• You document and report damage cases as well as reservations for non-compliant goods deliveries – so nothing slips through

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience in logistics and ideally in team leadership

• Organisational talent and a structured way of working

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people

• Assertiveness combined with social competence

• Willingness to work the morning shift (4:00 am - 1:00 pm)

• Flexibility and resilience

• Good German language skills
