Your new role
As a specialist at the youth information centre "tipp", you prepare youth-appropriate information for adolescents, young adults, their caregivers, and organisations, and respond to youth-relevant questions. The focus in information delivery is on promoting the self-competence of young people and, if necessary, referring them to the appropriate specialist agencies.
This position is suitable for you if you
- have a university of applied sciences degree in social work.
- enjoy preparing relevant information for young people in a target group-appropriate manner and communicating it both in personal contact and via digital channels.
- have a strong interest in youth-relevant topics and possess knowledge in the area of media literacy.
- have experience in cooperation, networking, and triage work.
- enjoy contact with diverse people and take pleasure in seeking and maintaining access to them.
- possess strong social skills such as communication and cooperation abilities, conflict resolution skills, and empathy.
- are characterised by a creative, innovative, and team-oriented working style.
- work independently, flexibly, and goal-oriented, and take responsibility.
