Your Contribution
After your onboarding, you will be responsible for the administrative processes of recruitment. In this role, you support the entire recruitment process, ensure a smooth flow of administrative and organizational steps, and ensure compliance with our internal guidelines and policies.
Your tasks include:
- You coordinate the job posting in collaboration with the responsible parties
- You organize and moderate kick-off meetings with the managers to jointly define the selection criteria
- You write and publish the job advertisements
- You review, sort, and pre-select the applications
- You assist in determining the salaries
- You take care of all administrative steps up to hiring
Your Skills and Talents

- You speak fluent French and German, Italian is a plus
- You have experience with HR processes in support, administration, or recruiting and have already worked in an agile environment or would like to
- You are organized, reliable, and able to handle a high workload
- You show a proactive attitude, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a team
