We are looking for an experienced and proactive person to join our team as Technical Manager. You will be responsible for the technical management of several sites, including building maintenance, as well as monitoring maintenance requests. If you are autonomous, responsive, have excellent organizational skills, and a strong sense of customer service, this position is for you. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of the sites and will be responsible for managing technical work while ensuring quality service.
Your tasks:
- Organize technical activities
- Control and monitor operational activity
- Support and follow up on monthly maintenance activities
- Be the contact person for client managers
- Plan the work of concierges and technicians
- Prepare and provide internal documents and for audits
- Initiate and ensure follow-up of small projects
- Participate in a rotating on-call service
- Ensure administrative follow-up, including reporting activities carried out on behalf of the client (KPI)
Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma in the relevant field
- Good knowledge in building technical fields and project management
- Experience in team management
- Knowledge of German is an asset
- Very good command of common IT tools (MS Office)
- Comfortable with administrative tasks
- Strong customer orientation, strong team spirit
- Flexible regarding travel
- Communication skills
- Driver's license
