In our closed residential group, you accompany people with dementia in their daily lives. With your expertise and empathy, you create a safe, appreciative environment that provides orientation and promotes quality of life.

Your tasks – precise, versatile, and exciting
- You are responsible as a nursing specialist for professional, holistic, and needs-oriented care and support of the residents
- You regularly take on daily responsibility and shape everyday life together with the team and the residents
- As a reference person, you actively participate in the care process and support the residents with your professional as well as human competence
- You actively involve relatives and trusted persons and maintain a professional, appreciative exchange
- A good and competence-appropriate collaboration with specialist offices, doctors, and other internal areas is a matter of course for you
- You contribute with your cheerful personality and gladly take on personal responsibility in the manageable team
- Night shifts are not part of your duties, as these are taken over by our specialized night shift team
What you bring – that’s why you fit perfectly with us
- You have completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF or an equivalent qualification
- You bring experience in the care and support of people with dementia or enjoy acquiring this expertise
- You like to take responsibility and feel comfortable in an environment where independence and initiative are required
- Your personality is characterized by empathy, patience, humor, and composure
- You enjoy working in a small, manageable team and actively shape the collaboration
- You communicate clearly, appreciatively, and professionally – both with residents and with relatives, specialist offices, and doctors
- You handle changes openly and contribute with your commitment to a positive, stable environment
- Openness to digital tools and networked work
- You have completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF or an equivalent qualification
