Are you looking for a meaningful role where you can accompany and support children in their school day? In our supplementary care at the Hubelmatt Geissenstein primary school, you will find a varied environment, a committed team, and the chance to joyfully apply your educational skills.
Your Tasks
- You actively participate in the care team and help create a professional, empathetic care and support for the children during their care time.
- You assist the team with daily household tasks.
- You are willing to take responsibility for a specific area.
- You are a reliable contact person for children and parents.
- You maintain contact with teachers, caretakers, and other school professionals.
- You mainly work during school weeks, mostly from around 11:00 am.
- You are willing to take on an early shift if needed and provide additional relief cover.
Your Profile
- You have completed social pedagogical, socio-cultural, or educational training, or training as a Care Specialist EFZ.
- You have experience and enjoy accompanying children aged 4 to 13, supporting and assisting them in their daily lives.
- You enjoy diversity and bring enthusiasm for working in a culturally mixed group of children.
- Empathy and a respectful attitude are integral to your educational approach.
- You work independently, reliably, and communicate openly, clearly, and transparently.
- You are characterised by a solution- and resource-oriented working style and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
- Ideally, you are familiar with the concepts of the new authority and apply them confidently in relationship work and crisis intervention.
- With your team spirit, you will become a valuable part of our school family and drive our development forward together with us.
- You have experience in administrative and planning tasks.
- You are motivated to support interns and apprentices FaBe in everyday practice.
