About the job
Your tasks:
- You ensure an efficient, customer- and sales-oriented distribution – taking into account optimal scheduling and resource planning
- You are responsible for the professional and personnel management of a team of up to 40 employees
- You ensure smooth coordination and communication between the various warehouse managers, the goods dispatch, and several internal departments
- You coordinate external transport services, plan the maintenance of our vehicles, and support the procurement of the vehicle fleet
- You are responsible for the maintenance of the goods handling hall (cleanliness, order, space conditions)
- You take on various administrative and organisational tasks
- You support your supervisor in projects and actively participate in the training of the apprentice road transport practitioner
