Your tasks with us
- You analyze existing workflows, identify and evaluate process weaknesses
- You develop, optimize, and implement efficient processes and ensure uniform process standards
- You build cross-departmental process monitoring, establish it sustainably, and further develop it
- You plan, coordinate, and track ISO-9001 activities as a framework for the continuous improvement process (CIP)
- You train employees, process owners, and actively promote a sustainable culture of improvement and quality
- You are the central contact person for employees on technical questions as well as process and method issues

- You have completed technical vocational training in the mechanical field and have expanded your knowledge at the HF, FH level
- You have a high quality awareness, initiative, and are a team player
- You have a strong process and quality orientation as well as a strong understanding of standards and norms, especially ISO9001
- You are strong in communication and can train, support, and motivate employees for changes
- You bring solid knowledge in process management, process modeling, and optimization
- You can demonstrate several years of practical experience in a similar field of activity
