Job Description

Responsibility for effective, patient- and outcome-oriented care in collaboration with qualified nursing staff
Within professional competencies, providing needs- and situation-appropriate care and support for patients and their relatives
Recognising changes in patient situations, initiating appropriate measures and informing the qualified nursing staff
Supporting smooth shift operations and cross-departmental collaboration
Working in tandem with the qualified nursing professional
Active participation in teamwork

Qualifications

Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
Training in acute care or at least 2 years of professional experience in acute nursing
Flexible, proactive and motivated personality
High social competence and enjoyment of teamwork
Quick comprehension
Very good oral and written German skills
