Team Leader Residential Groups with Complex Challenging Behaviour
The Varied Day
- You will take on the leadership of a motivated interprofessional team (consisting of specialists in pedagogy and care, qualified nursing staff, care and health professionals) and promote its further development and collaboration to successfully implement changes in the organisation, while actively participating about 50% in care/support
- You will be responsible for a future-oriented residential group organisation, continuously developing the quality of offerings in the residential group and involving the supporting specialists
- You will foster cooperative and resident-centred interprofessional collaboration
- You will contribute your ideas for a department oriented to residents’ needs and actively implement them, engage actively in the residential area’s team leadership, and participate in specialist and project groups
Your Diverse Talents
- You have a qualification in the social or health sector at tertiary level HF or FH and bring broad professional experience
- Interest and enthusiasm for shaping a living environment with a high quality of life for our residents
- Leadership experience, conceptual thinking, ability to reflect and accept criticism
- Innovative personality, engaging manner, and service-oriented attitude
- You maintain interprofessional collaboration and do not lose your sense of humour even in hectic situations
