Your main tasks:
- Operation and monitoring of technical systems
- Conducting control and inspection rounds on the technical systems as well as in the properties
- Documenting deficiencies or carrying out necessary measures for deficiency rectification
- Planning and conducting required inspections and maintenance on technical systems
- Creating, following up, and updating property and system documentation
- Conducting initial interventions and fault analyses
- Obtaining offers from third parties and accompanying them
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship in the field of HLKS
- Connection permit Art. 15 NIV is an advantage
- Professional experience in a similar role in a demanding customer segment
- Flexibility and resilience with good organizational skills
- Willingness for on-call duty
- Solid IT user knowledge
