personality as TECHNICIAN HF / PROJECT MANAGER 100%

• Developing construction projects, execution plans and detailed planning

• Independently processing planning & sub-project assignments

• Taking on construction administrative tasks

• Communication with clients, authorities and contractors

• Preparation and follow-up of planning meetings

• Construction process planning (planning the planning)

• Completed training as a Technician HF

• Enthusiasm for work and for diverse projects and tasks

• Precise and goal-oriented work are among your strengths, and you maintain an overview even in

complex projects

• You act independently between authorities, companies, clients and our

project team.

• You are confident in negotiations and familiar with SIA standards and construction law

• High level of expertise and solid knowledge in ArchiCAD, MS Office as well as good

German language skills in spoken and written form

• And of course, with a desire to be part of a fantastic team

4 or 5 days)
