Workshop Manager / Truck Mechanic, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• As workshop manager, you lead a team of 5 and take over the deployment planning
• About half of your activity consists of active work as a mechanic, the other half are organisational and leadership tasks
• The mechanical tasks include repair, maintenance and service work on trucks, buses, vans and commercial vehicles
• You also carry out diagnostic work and prepare the vehicles
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician for commercial vehicles / truck mechanic, automotive diagnostician, commercial vehicle mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, polymechanic or you have completed another mechanical basic training (m/f/d)
• Further training as a diagnostician is a great advantage but not a requirement
• If you can already demonstrate professional experience, all the better, but experienced mechanics who want to take a step further are also welcome
• Are you used to working independently, precisely and reliably?
