- Consulting and support of customers, by phone or at the customer reception mandatory
- Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments (sales support)
- Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships as well as acquisition of new customers
- Promotion of additional products (finance and pension, health services) of AXA
- Solution-oriented and personal comprehensive advice (physically or digitally) for insurance customers
- Creation of offers and applications as well as general correspondence

- Completed vocational training and professional experience in the insurance industry
- Willingness to regularly continue education

- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
