Your tasks
- Lead role for our analyst team: coordinating the tasks of the investment analysts and ensuring efficient collaboration with the investment managers and the team leader
- Review of investment opportunities
- Conducting due diligence and preparing investment proposals in close cooperation with our investment managers
- Supporting the start-up finance team with administrative tasks
- Responsibility for and support of your own start-up portfolio
- Accompanying start-ups on all investor matters during the investment process
- Representing the team at start-up events and networking occasions
Your profile
- University degree at bachelor’s or master’s level
- Initial practical experience in venture/transaction business or at a start-up
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you have a strong interest in new technologies, entrepreneurship and venture capital
- Can-do mentality and ownership: you bring your horsepower to the ground and like to take responsibility
- Communication talent: you have the ability to abstract complex issues and present them clearly (e.g. to decision-makers)
- Team player: you are an open-minded personality with analytical skills, an independent, reliable working style and quick comprehension
- Fluent German and business fluent English skills
