Online Customer Journey Manager
Your area of responsibility and design
- Responsibility and further development of the online platforms based on customer needs, company goals, and technical conditions
- Conception, implementation, and further development of holistic online customer journeys along all digital channels, with a focus on website and customer center
- Definition and analysis of KPIs, user data, and customer feedback for continuous optimization of the user experience
- Identification of pain points, optimization potentials, and conversion obstacles
- Close collaboration with agile development teams, marketing, UX/UI, and analytics managers
- Support in website publishing
What you should bring
- Completed education in marketing, e-commerce, digital business, business informatics, or comparable fields
- Several years of experience as a product owner of websites, portals, or complex digital platforms, in e-commerce or customer journey management, as well as with agile methods (Scrum, SAFE, etc.)
- Technical understanding of online platforms, very good understanding of user behavior and conversion optimization
- Knowledge: SEO/GEO, CMS
- Analytical thinking combined with conceptual strength, structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and good English skills
