Your Tasks - Your Passion:120 rooms | 1 gourmet hotel | 1000 questions | many regular guests & YOU!
- Acceptance and processing of room reservations
- Recording and processing of individual reservations
- Professional advice and active sales according to the internal upsell program
- Creating offers and confirmations
- Creating internal statistics and reports
- Accounting responsibility (pro-forma invoices, cost assumptions, commission)
- Close cooperation with all operational departments
- Support of the front office team in guest care (check-in, check-out, rooming)
Your Profile – What Sets You Apart:
- Completed commercial training in the hotel industry or comparable
- First professional experience in a comparable position
- Ideally knowledge of Protel and ReGuest
- A friendly, likeable and confident appearance
- An engaged, independent and conscientious working style
- High level of responsibility, organizational talent and loyalty
- High willingness to perform, flexibility and resilience
- Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form - any additional language is an advantage
- Creativity should not be a foreign word - WE are open to new things
