Your tasks:

• Planning and project management of TRUMPF MES software projects

• Handling project escalations

• Early addressing of risks and escalations

• Creating transparency regarding deadlines, implementation costs, and scope

• Fulfillment responsibility for customer software projects including coordination of implementation dates

• Proactive management of customer communication

• Coordination of pragmatic and solution-oriented collaboration among internal and external stakeholders (customer, suppliers, TRUMPF) as direct contact person

• Ensuring acceptance of the software project and handover of the project into the service life cycle

• Planning and coordination of resources of the software fulfillment team

• Responsibility for the successful completion of the project within time and budget constraints

• Clarification of project scope based on feasibility during the sales/concept phase

What we are looking for:

• Completed vocational training EFZ (technical, commercial or IT-related field) and further training in project or process management

• Further training in the field of technician HF or business informatics HF is an advantage

• Experience in implementing digitalization projects, ideally in the production/MES environment

• Strong stakeholder and expectation management; confident in moderation and conflict resolution, approachable and customer-oriented

• Technical basic understanding of IT landscapes (interfaces ERP - MES, networks, permissions)

• Enjoyment of national and international assignments (travel activity approx. 10 - 20% per month), during the onboarding period travel activity between approx. 40 – 50%

• Class B driving license mandatory

• Commitment, flexibility, customer proximity shape your working style

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form

• Good English skills in spoken and written form (B2 level or higher)

• Additional language skills are an advantage
