Starting from a date to be agreed upon, the Department of Education, Culture, and Environmental Protection is looking for a jurist.
We offer you a varied and interesting activity as a jurist within a small motivated team. The workplace at Quaderstrasse 17 in Chur is centrally located and has good infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Within the legal service, you will take on varied tasks in the entire area of competence of the Department of Education, Culture, and Environmental Protection.
- You will instruct appeal proceedings and draft corresponding decisions.
- You will conduct legal assessments and participate in consultation procedures.
- You will provide advice and support to the offices of the Department in case of legal issues.
What we expect from you
- To be able to perform these demanding tasks, you have completed studies in law and possibly hold a lawyer's license.
- Ideally, you have already completed internships in the legal field or have professional experience.
- Communication skills as well as excellent written and oral expression in German are expected.
- Knowledge of other cantonal languages is a preferred qualification.
- You work independently and solution-oriented, enjoy taking on responsibilities, and are characterized by your ability to work in a team and your high availability for performance.
