Your Tasks
The responsible care of our 50 residents is a rewarding challenge for you. With your modern understanding of care, you manage the most diverse everyday situations as the person responsible during the day and share responsibility for the design and implementation of care processes. You are open to further development and to passing on your knowledge and experience to employees and learners. You maintain a professional and empathetic contact with relatives and trusted persons. In this role, there are no split shifts or night shifts. Electronic care documentation is standard with us.
Your Profile
- Secondary level education (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, among others)
- Good German language skills
- Independence and initiative
- Organisational skills

- Communication and teamwork skills
