Your Mission

As a working student in the IAZI Valuation Team, you play a crucial role in the successful collaboration with our clients. This position offers you the opportunity to strengthen communication skills and foster your organizational talent while simultaneously contributing to our overarching goals and mission.

Become part of our dynamic team active in six countries (Switzerland, Serbia, Vietnam, France, Germany, and India), where creativity, curiosity, and collaboration are at the center. Together we master challenges, celebrate successes, and continuously develop.

Specifically, you will work on the following topics:

• Supporting our experts with valuation mandates
• Preparation and review of property data and documents
• (Telephone) customer contact to arrange appointments for inspections
• Support in optimizing ongoing processes

Your tasks will evolve as we grow together.

Qualifications

What you bring with you 

1. Student at a university or university of applied sciences (from 1st semester), preferably in the fields of architecture, business administration, economics, or real estate management
2. Interest in real estate, real estate valuation, and data management
3. A high level of commitment and initiative
4. Confident oral and written language skills in German and French
5. Italian language skills are an advantage
