- Supporting project managers in planning, coordinating and implementing projects as well as taking on administrative and organisational tasks
- Organising and preparing and following up on meetings, workshops and events
- Creating presentations, reports, minutes and other decision-making documents
- Collecting, preparing, analysing and visualising data as well as creating reports
- Coordinating appointments, deadlines and pending tasks and ensuring efficient information flow
- Contributing to the optimisation of processes and administrative procedures
Become part of our Department of Emergency and Acute Medicine at Zollikerberg Hospital. Under this roof, we unite the areas of Internal Medicine, Surgery, Nephrology with Dialysis Centre, the Emergency Department, the Eye Centre, the Medical Outpatient Clinic, the Day Clinic as well as bed management and other departments. The Clinic for Internal Medicine cares for over 2,500 inpatients annually, the Clinic for Surgery over 1,500 inpatients. With more than 6,000 emergency consultations and over 450 patients treated in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit, we offer a varied and demanding working environment with a broad internal medicine spectrum.

This is how you convince us:
- Ongoing or completed university studies (e.g. in social sciences, business administration, public health or a comparable field)
- Experience in project coordination in a dynamic environment
- Interest in healthcare topics as well as project management and assistant tasks
- Solid user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Structured, independent and reliable working style as well as pronounced organisational skills and analytical thinking
