Project Manager / Site Manager for Masonry Works (Construction Management)

Building is in your blood and you want more than just managing projects? At GLB Oberaargau in Langenthal, you take responsibility: from calculation and quotation to site management and implementation. You have costs, deadlines and quality under control, coordinate the right people and find solutions when it matters on the construction site. Whether calculation, site management or both: you participate in decisions, contribute your strengths and really drive construction projects forward.
Tasks to be done
- Independent calculation of building construction projects (tenders, specifications, quotations)
- Developing variants and optimisation proposals during the offer phase
- Independent handling of building construction projects
- Planning and coordination of personnel, materials and subcontractors
- Ensuring cost, deadline and quality targets
- Measurement, billing and post-calculation of projects
Your skills and strengths
- Basic training in the main construction trade, e.g. bricklayer with federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Further training as foreman, site manager, construction technician HF or equivalent – also gladly in training
- Preferably with experience in calculation and/or site management of building construction projects
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strong cost awareness
- Leadership skills, organisational talent and assertiveness
