Senior Lead - Legal Counsel, EMEA

On is looking for a business-oriented, pragmatic, and proactive lawyer to join the On Legal Team as Senior Lead, Legal Counsel, EMEA. Someone who has a demonstrated ability to independently manage a diverse and complex workload, while anticipating issues, will thrive in this dynamic, growth oriented environment. You will support the EMEA business on a broad range of topics.

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, with a focus on sales and distribution agreements for the EMEA region, including agreements with marketplaces and online retailers.
• Provide support on real estate and corporate matters, including in connection with the expansion of On retail stores in the EMEA region.
• Develop and implement scalable, regional and global legal processes, playbooks and training to drive efficiency as the business grows.
• Partner with AMER and APAC counsel and other key stakeholders on solutions that ensure global alignment and recognition of regional differences.
• Coordinate, manage, and challenge external counsel on various legal topics.
• Support the Legal Team at On in various internal and external projects.

• Law degree and 6+ years post qualification experience in a law firm and in-house, preferred experience in a global consumer-facing product company.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide sound legal advice in high-pressure environments and balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Collaborative nature and the ability to build relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
