We are looking for a corporate customer service assistant to strengthen our team and offer excellent service to clients with advanced financial needs. You will be the person supporting corporate customer advisors in managing corporate clients, helping to ensure high-quality, professional, and personalized service in line with our values.
What awaits you?
- Skills in credit sustainability analysis, financial statement analysis, budgeting, and drafting credit minutes.
- Ensuring comprehensive assistance that meets the needs of corporate clients, taking into account strategic and regulatory guidelines as well as the Bank's objectives.
- Preparation of individual solution proposals based on the Bank's entire consulting and service offering in the corporate client sector, considering the specific needs of corporate clients.
- Active cross-selling and forwarding of additional specialized requests from corporate clients to the respective advisor.
- Supporting advisors in various activities related to commercial clients.
