The school unit PGS includes the three locations Pestalozzi, Göttibach, and Seefeld in the city of Thun. Around 550 students are taught by about 70 teachers in 7 kindergarten classes, 20 primary classes, and one EK.

Tasks
You will work in Cycle 1 and/or Cycle 2 in the area of IF/eU and will likely support children with bVSA int. status.
• You set the support goals for children with special needs within the framework of IF/eU.
• You create educational plans and provide learning materials for students with bVSA int. status.
• You work closely with the class team and support the class teacher with your expertise.
• You maintain contact with parents and specialist agencies.
We strive to keep the number of assigned classes per person as low as possible to ensure continuous and high-quality support.

Requirements
• You have completed training in school special education or are currently studying in the relevant field.
• Ideally, you already have teaching experience and/or experience supporting children with special needs.
• You look forward to working in a committed and motivated team of special education teachers.
• Participating in collegial matters and attending meetings is a matter of course for you.
