Your Tasks
- In this responsible role, you will take on holistic, expert nursing planning as well as seamless and precise nursing documentation of your patients. You independently manage the entire nursing process and actively contribute to promoting the health and well-being of the people cared for.
- Through close collaboration with relatives and external care facilities, you ensure continuous, coordinated, and high-quality care. You consistently adhere to all nursing guidelines and quality standards to guarantee excellent care at a high level.
- Furthermore, you promote interdisciplinary collaboration and contribute solution-oriented input in exchanges with various specialist departments. With your structured working method, you reliably complete administrative tasks and thus make a decisive contribution to smooth operations within the department.
Our Requirements
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse DNII, HF or FH and ideally already have experience in the psychosomatic or psychiatric field. Your high social competence, structured, independent, and responsible working style make you a valued professional in the team.
- Thanks to your resilience and flexibility, you keep an overview even in a dynamic nursing environment and work committedly in the interdisciplinary team. You naturally bring a willingness to work shifts.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as confident use of common IT complete your professional profile and enable clear, efficient communication and documentation in everyday nursing.
