YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Efficient execution of various logistical tasks along the goods flow from goods receipt through inventory management and production supply to goods issue
- Creation & management of various documents and records (e.g. control centre overviews, setup orders, shortage lists, delivery notes, instructions)
- Acting as the interface between procurement, planning, production as well as order processing and external service providers
- Recording material movements using mobile devices in the WMS or ERP system and their control
- Ongoing quality & process optimisation as well as participation in identifying and implementing improvement ideas
- Conducting inventories to ensure the systemic stock levels
- Ensuring compliance with defined processes, quality and 5S standards
- Possibly acting as deputy team leader
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in organising, coordinating and completing administrative tasks in the assigned field, e.g. in the logistics control centre, production planning and general tasks
- Experience in creating setup orders for logistics employees and external service providers
- Driving licence for operating industrial trucks (S2, R1, R2)
- Ability to work in a structured manner and with correct prioritisation under pressure
- Independent working style with a high sense of responsibility in close coordination with the team leader
- Experience in Lean Management / 5S desirable
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills advantageous
- Willingness to work in changing areas of deployment
