2024

• Start of partnership with RUPPMANN Verbrennungsanlagen GmbH
• Recertification of the quality management system ISO 9001:2015 and the occupational health and safety management system ISO 45001:2018

2021

• The succession arrangement for Friedrich Schütz was developed over recent years and comes into effect on 1 October 2021. Friedrich Schütz withdraws from operational business, becomes Chairman of the Board of Directors of BÜRGE-FISCHER AG, and hands over the "sceptre" to the new five-member management team, chaired by Alaaddin Tekkiliç and composed of long-standing employees.
• Recertification of the quality management system ISO 9001:2015 and certification of the occupational health and safety management system ISO 45001:2018

2019

• Anniversary "40 years BÜRGE-FISCHER AG"
• Second place at the award ceremony for the Aargau Business Prize, which is awarded annually by the Aargau Trade Association and the Aargau Cantonal Bank

• Recertification of the quality management system according to OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 9001:2015

• Partial renovation of company buildings

• Anniversary "35 years BÜRGE-FISCHER AG"

• BÜRGE-FISCHER takes over the business activities of BROGGI Service GmbH, Turgi
• In connection with this acquisition, a new business division is created and a collaboration in the field of cremation systems with IFZW Industrieofen- und Feuerfestbau GmbH & Co. KG (Germany)
• Founding of elair GmbH

2011

• Thanks to a very broad market positioning, BÜRGE-FISCHER AG weathers the years of the global financial crisis unscathed
• In the winter semester 2010/2011, the "BF Academy" is held for the first time in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland, with lectures on intralogistics

• Succession arranged early; Friedrich Schütz from Zofingen joins the company as a partner
• Hans Bürge withdraws from operational business and the Board of Directors during the year
• The successor brings ideal qualifications as an electrical and software engineer HTL and proven leader of industry-related companies at home and abroad to continue serving renowned customers with reliability and flexibility

2004

• Anniversary "25 years BÜRGE-FISCHER AG"
• Switchgear officially becomes the 4th business division alongside industrial automation
• ISO certification 9001:2000

2000

• Entering the new millennium with a staff of 80 employees

1999

• Anniversary "20 years BÜRGE-FISCHER AG"
• Purchase of an adjacent plot and construction of another company building

1995

• Certification of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 for all operational areas

1990 - 1994

• Thanks to a solid capital base, loyal customers and a large core of loyal employees, BÜRGE-FISCHER AG survives the recession years unscathed
• Strategy "Hardware and software products as access to the engineering market" is launched
• First projects with the control system "BF-InTouch"
• Takeover of the representation of the paperless picking system "MegaPick"
• Development of the warehouse management system K-OS for Windows

1989

• Move into the new company building
• The staff has meanwhile increased to 55 people
• Large projects are no longer a rarity

1988

• Purchase of a plot in the industrial zone on Mattenstrasse in Safenwil
• Within 6 months, construction of a new office building

1983 - 1987

• Expansion of the course offerings
• Frequent consulting activities in evaluation and use of PLCs - first large orders for control systems

1982

• Employment of the first apprentices as electrical draftsmen and switchgear fitters
• Successful conduct of courses for evaluation and programming of PLCs

1979

• Company founded by Mr Hans Bürge and Mr Jules Fischer - purchase of a property on Dorfstrasse in Safenwil
• The first four employees are hired
• Use of the first programmable logic controllers
