For the Konradhof in Winterthur, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Health Specialist (FaGe) 100%.
The Konradhof with residence and apartments belongs to the Atlas Foundation. It was rebuilt and renovated in 2016 according to the plans of Graf Biscioni. The Konradhof is located in the centre of Winterthur directly at the SBB station. It has in the building
of the residence 98 residential apartments and a care department with 21 single rooms as well as 19 apartments in the adjacent building.
Your area of responsibility
- Co-responsibility for needs- and situation-appropriate care and support of the residents
- Recording the needs of the assigned residents and planning the resources
- Information, guidance and support of the residents and their relatives
- Documentation of care and support services, recording of services and materials as well as execution of medical prescriptions
- Recording and forwarding important information and incidents

- Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ
