Your Main Tasks
- Warm welcome of our patients in the department and during the admission interview
- Personal advice on menu and drink selection and ordering via iPad
- Friendly and professional service during meals, drinks, and other requests
- Ordering food and ward laundry
- Various hospitality tasks in patient rooms (making beds, replenishing laundry, etc.)
- Close cooperation with nursing, kitchen, transport, and other interfaces
- Responsible for adhering to the specified quality and hygiene standards
- Various administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed training (EFZ) and/or several years of professional experience in hospitality or gastronomy
- Flexible working hours suit you
- Very good oral and written German skills (Level C1)
- Handling MS Office is no problem for you
- You like to work independently, love a dynamic environment, and are flexible
- Standardized processes are no problem for you
- Your heart beats for courteous service
