Responsibilities:
You implement the nursing mandate within the framework of the nursing process and individual key nursing.
You are committed in the psychiatric-women-specific context and contribute to high-quality care according to best practice.
You actively shape treatment steps within the interprofessional team.
You take responsibility in milieu work and lead nursing group offers.
You support the training mandate and accompany trainees and students.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as a certified nurse HF; two years of professional experience in psychiatry is an advantage.
You bring sound nursing expertise and are able to professionally care for patients with various psychiatric diagnoses.
You enjoy working in a dynamic and development-oriented environment and have a confident personality.
You show willingness to learn and interest in your professional and personal development.
You enjoy interprofessional work and bring responsibility and commitment.
