For our new branch in St. Gallen on Multergasse (opening in March 2026), we are looking for a caretaker employee 60 - 80 % starting February 1, 2026 or by arrangement. The workload is spread over 5-8 hours per day on three to five days per week.

YOUR SPECIALTY AS A CARETAKER EMPLOYEE
- Support the team in St. Gallen in the areas of facility service, building maintenance, upkeep, and logistics. Your passion.
- Technical building maintenance, maintenance documentation of tenant and basic construction, monitoring of maintenance contracts, as well as coordination of craftsmen, service technicians, and cleaning staff. You keep an overview.
- Topics such as occupational safety and theft prevention. Also part of it.
- Ensure order and cleanliness and perform various cleaning tasks. Of course.
- Coordinate disposal logistics and carry out minor repairs and maintenance work yourself. Naturally.
- Communicate with internal and external interfaces and keep the threads together in the caretaker role. Absolutely!
THIS IS YOU
- Several years of professional experience in facility service / building maintenance / facility management or similar. Evident in your profile.
- Knowledge in cleaning and manual skills. Yes!
- Technical understanding and basic knowledge of building technology. Knowledge in occupational safety and hygiene topics is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including 2-3 Saturdays per month. You see advantages in flexibility.
- Good German skills (spoken and written). This is necessary.
- Experience working with IT tools (Microsoft Office). You are used to it.
- Your environment describes you as reliable, independent, and an organizational talent. Definitely.
- Being outdoors. Your hobby.
