Our client specialises in the field of civil engineering and structural engineering, including specialised foundation engineering.
We are looking for a person with sound knowledge of Excel, especially in the use of formulas.

The following tasks and challenges await you:

• Organisation and archiving of data and documents
• Comparisons of databases and checking and maintenance of master data
• Creation of reports and statistics in Excel with charts and formulas
• Processing and forwarding customer and supplier enquiries
• Preparation of templates and procedures for internal processes related to the quality assurance certification
• Taking minutes in meetings
• Relieving management with various assistance tasks
• Representing reception of business customers and managing the telephone switchboard
• General administrative and organisational tasks

For successful collaboration, you bring the following qualifications:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience in a comparable position
• Proficient use of MS Office programmes, including enjoyment in working with Excel
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Goal-oriented, flexible and reliable personality
