We are looking for a creative, proactive and team-spirited ½ Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of our venues, where refined techniques meet bold, flavorful cuisine.

YOUR ROLE
Assist the Chef de Partie and kitchen leadership in the service operations, from prep to plating.
Execute dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency according to 5-star culinary standards.
Contribute to the identity of the venues by embracing their concepts and unique storytelling.
Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in accordance with HACCP and internal procedures.
Be proactive in your approach, from anticipating needs in the kitchen to suggesting fresh ideas.
Collaborate closely with your teammates, demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and team spirit in a fast-paced service environment.
PROFILE
You have a true passion for cooking and attention to detail, especially in a fine dining dinner setting.
You enjoy the rhythm and energy of evening service, and know how to stay sharp and inspired from start to finish.
