Key User WMS 80-100% (m/f/d)
We – a family-run and traditional company based in Hägendorf – specialise in the transport and logistics of high-quality food products in temperature-controlled environments. We ensure the sustainable success of our company through a well-developed infrastructure, well-thought-out processes, and qualified and dedicated employees.
Exciting tasks await you here
- You are responsible for the stable operation and further development of our warehouse management system (WMS) as well as existing EDI connections.
- You act as the central interface between logistics, customers, and external IT partners for support, optimisation, and development requests.
- You continuously analyse and optimise our logistics and warehouse processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- You actively participate in customer integrations, system expansions, and digitalisation projects.
- You plan and organise the implementation of new functionalities in the WMS through coordination with the external service provider, independent configuration, and user training.
- You are responsible for the hardware used in the logistics area and ensure its reliable operation.
What do you need to feel comfortable in this position?
- Training in logistics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- Work experience with warehouse management systems, warehousing, or
- contract logistics.
- Good knowledge of IT systems and ideally EDI interfaces.
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- High degree of independence, teamwork skills, and service orientation.
- German spoken and written; English skills are an advantage.
