Curena AG is a 100% subsidiary of the Swiss Red Cross and operates a 24-hour emergency and service centre 365 days a year, specialising in managing emergency situations involving elderly people. Our tasks include evaluating, procuring, and testing the functionality and suitability of devices suitable for emergency call services, especially those that are user-friendly. In this way, Curena AG ensures that customers receive trouble-free, high-quality emergency call devices that are also easy to use.

We support organisations that offer emergency call services in their portfolio. These include the Swiss Red Cross, municipalities, and institutions from the health and social sectors (Spitex, assisted living facilities, living with services, or relief services for families and caregiving relatives, etc.).

How you create added value

Your main tasks are:

• Telephone contact person for emergency call participants
• Assistance and alerting of rescue services according to defined intervention plans and their documentation in the system
• Creating a good, communicative atmosphere to give participants a safe and positive feeling
• Maintaining and managing customer data in the CRM

What makes you the ideal candidate

• Completed vocational training or equivalent education with relevant professional experience
• Swiss German and French language skills (Level B2) are a must, additional languages are an advantage
• Practical experience or knowledge with a focus on health/medicine is an advantage
• You have experience in shift work or are willing to start it
• You work in a structured way, can prioritise very well, and keep an overview and the necessary calm even in hectic situations
• You are conscientious and have the ability to ask precise questions to gain clarity about a situation before initiating the necessary measures
• You are a flexible personality and enjoy working with people in a team
