- Operation and monitoring of production machines to ensure stable quality and smooth processes
- Compliance with cleanroom, safety, and process requirements including documentation
- Participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP) to make workflows more efficient
- Technical understanding and experience in machine operation, ideally from the electronics industry
- Team-oriented personality who remains calm even in hectic situations
- Careful working style and willingness to work in 3 shifts
- Good oral and written German skills as well as good PC user skills
