What is my role?

• Management of our workshop and ensuring smooth operations

• Planning and coordination of daily workflows and repair orders

• Team deployment planning and ensuring the quality of work

• Contact person for the team on technical and organisational matters

• Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

• Close cooperation with management and reporting on workshop operations

• Responsibility for material procurement and inventory management

• Conducting employee discussions and promoting team development

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed technical training, ideally as a master craftsman or technician

• You bring several years of professional experience in a workshop, preferably already in a leadership position

• You enjoy leading and motivating a team

• You work in a structured way and keep an overview even in stressful situations

• You are communicative and can deal well with different people

• You have technical know-how and like to stay up to date

• You also pitch in yourself when things get tight
