- Managing digital cash register solutions (POS) in the companies: configuration, updates, interfaces, support and training
- Analysing and resolving faults in the Windows and Microsoft 365 environment
- Participating in rollouts and migrations as well as independently implementing smaller projects
- Regular on-site assignments in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and direct exchange with the companies
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Solid IT know-how as a generalist (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, server, network, applications)
- Analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Independence, organisational talent and high reliability
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact, confident appearance and hands-on mentality
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Responsibilities
- Ensuring efficient 1st and 2nd level support with short response times within the IT team- Managing digital cash register solutions (POS) in the companies: configuration, updates, interfaces, support and training
- Analysing and resolving faults in the Windows and Microsoft 365 environment
- Participating in rollouts and migrations as well as independently implementing smaller projects
- Regular on-site assignments in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and direct exchange with the companies
Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ (platform development/system technology) or comparable IT qualification- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Solid IT know-how as a generalist (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, server, network, applications)
- Analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Independence, organisational talent and high reliability
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact, confident appearance and hands-on mentality
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
